RETURN POLICY
If you have purchased a 3N2 product online through the 3N2Sports.com web store within the past 30 days, you can review your order history. Orders that are eligible for return will have a "Return" link displayed. Clicking this link will allow you to process your return online and receive a printable return shipping label.
If you cannot find your order information online or a Return link is not displayed please contact 3N2 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly marked on outside of box. Merchandise returned without a return authorized shipping label or RA# will be refused.
3N2 assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. If you are not using the automated return process, 3N2 recommends insuring return package with tracking via your preferred courier service. 3N2 reserves the right to refuse any return that has evidence of use or alterations (such as screen printing or embroidery) by customer. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If the automated return process is not used, the customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund. Please allow 10 business days after our receipt for processing your credit or mailing your refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
3N2 will gladly exchange unused products for 30 days.

WARRANTY POLICY
3N2 provides a 90-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects.
If you have a defective product and it has been less than 90 days since your purchase, please contact 3N2 for return instructions. The warranty requires that the defective product be returned to 3N2 for inspection.
If a product is found to be defective by fault of manufacturer, 3N2 will provide warranty replacement product and ship freight pre-paid. Warranty replacement product will be the same product number, style, color, and size of the defective product. Substitutions will not be accepted. The manufacturer’s warranty begins from the date of shipment. The warranty does not apply to toe drag wear from normal pitching motion or damage caused by unreasonable use, abuse, or alterations.
Please provide pictures of the defect on the product, the proof of purchase, and the tongue of the shoe (if a shoe), and email them to returns@3n2sports.com .

TUFF TOE APPLICATION NOTICE
Tuff Toe is a long lasting toe protectant that can be applied to any 3N2 cleat, turf, or trainer.
Please note, that once the Tuff Toe application has been applied to your footwear, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on either the footwear or Tuff Toe application item.
